tests: divide long-running functional 112 into four

New functional tests are below:

* 115: Test fixed vnodes feature (format)
* 116: Test fixed vnodes feature (node join, auto cluster)
* 117: Test fixed vnodes feature (node join, fixed cluster)
* 118: Test fixed vnodes feature (node rejoin)

Functional 112 is removed and can be reclaimed.
